TicketSpice offers a variety of reports, each designed to answer a different question about your event. Whether you’re tracking revenue, reviewing attendee details, monitoring check-in activity, or analyzing coupon usage, choosing the correct report ensures you get the data you need without extra filtering or confusion.
This guide walks through the most commonly used reports and explains what each one does best, so you can quickly determine which export fits your specific reporting goal.
Which Report Do I Need?
We recommend using the Order Data Report when you need a clear breakdown of each order, including selected items and how they contribute to the total amount paid. Order Data Report provides one row per order and summarizes everything included in a single order. This report displays all fields added below the ticket block that are completed once per order, regardless of how many tickets are purchased. Keep in mind that this report only includes order-level fields. Questions required per attendee at the ticket level will not appear in this report. To view these fields, we recommend downloading a Tickets Report.
We recommend using the Transactions Report to export the full transaction history of your page(s), including charges, refunds, and chargebacks. This report is best if you need to see all financial activity for your account, and you're only looking for the total amount processed and the type of financial activity. If you need a detailed breakdown of what was purchased within each order, we recommend using the Order Data Report instead.
We recommend using the Tickets Report to export attendee-specific data, such as ticket levels, ticket numbers, and responses to questions asked within the ticket block. The Tickets Report provides one row per ticket sold and includes detailed information about each ticket sold on your ticketing page. Because this report generates one line per ticket, not per order, an order with multiple tickets will appear as multiple rows. This report displays questions asked in the ticket block about each attendee. Keep in mind that it only includes fields added at the ticket level. Fields completed once per order and placed below the ticket block will not appear here and can instead be found in the Order Data Report.
We recommend using the Scan Summary Report if you are using our Scanning app and want to an overview of all valid scans from your event. This report provides a detailed breakdown of ticket scans by date, ticket level, and device, providing valuable insights into check-in activity.
We recommend using the Products Report if you're utilizing the Merchandise field and you want to track how many add-ons, experiences, and products were sold.
We recommend using the Coupons Report if you want to see a summary of the coupons on your page(s) and their usage. This report gives you an overview of each coupon, including the code, how many times it was used, the discount amount, the expiration date, and the page it's tied to. If you want to see which attendees used a specific coupon, we suggest pulling an Order Data Report instead and using the Coupons field within that report.
We recommend using the Ambassadors Report if you utilize our Ambassadors feature and want to download a list of your ambassadors, ambassador codes, and signup counts.
We recommend using the Signatures Report if you're using our Terms of Service feature and need to download the finger signatures submitted on your page.
We recommend using the Waivers Report if you utilize our Waivers feature and need to download the PDF waivers submitted on your page.
We recommend using the Memberships Report if you utilize our Memberships feature and want to download information about memberships on your account.
We recommend using the Scan Log Report if you're using our Scanning app and want a detailed log of every ticket ID scanned into your event. This report works well if you want to see all scan results for your event, and is ideal for locating information about a specific ticket ID, as opposed to the overview provided in the Scan Summary Report.
We recommend using the On-Site Sessions Report if you utilize our Box Office or Mobile Pay Pass features and want to download information about your in-person ticketing sessions and revenue.
