The Ambassadors Report is designed for events using the TicketSpice Ambassadors feature. It provides a downloadable summary of your ambassador program, making it easy to review performance and track participation.
This report includes a list of your ambassadors, their unique ambassador codes, and the number of signups or sales attributed to each code. It’s especially useful for monitoring ambassador activity and measuring results.

Download an Ambassador Report

To pull an Ambassadors report, hover your mouse over the Reports tab in the top menu bar
Select Exporter from the dropdown
Select the Ambassadors report
Search for your page name and select the page, or simply select it if you see it
Select the field(s) you would like to export and press the right arrow to move them to the box on the right to be exported. To move fields out of the export, select the left arrow button
To move fields to a new column on the report, select the field you want to move, and select the Up or Down arrows respectively
When ready, click the Download button
Pro Tip: You can select multiple fields at once by clicking each field you want to include. The Ambassadors Report will retain your existing selections and automatically add any additional fields you click. To quickly select all available fields, use the Select All checkbox.
Note: By default, the Ambassadors Report downloads as a CSV file named referrals.csv.
To customize the file type or file name, select Advanced Options. Under File Type, choose either CSV or Excel, then enter your preferred file name before downloading the report.
