Use the Orders Tab to View and Manage Your Orders

View your order history, filter by status or page, and open a specific order's details, including linked transactions and notes

Written by Maddy

The Orders tab lets you see a history of your recent orders without pulling an export. You can view orders across all your pages, narrow the list to a specific page, or filter by status, giving you a lot of flexibility in how you review your data. This article covers how to use the Orders tab and how to view the details of a specific order.

Pro Tip: The Orders tab is best for reviewing a specific order or your recent activity at a glance. If you need a complete history of your order history, we recommend running the Order Data Report instead.

View All Ticket Orders

Click Orders in the top menu bar to open the tab. By default, you'll see the View All view, which lists every order processed on your TicketSpice account.

Pro Tip: You can filter your orders by status, page, or date to narrow your search to orders with a specific status, orders on a specific page, or orders that were placed within a specific date range. You can apply multiple filters at once.

Note: Use the search bar to find a specific order. You can search by the billing name, billing email, company name (if applicable), order number, or order reference.

Each order in the list shows:

  • Name: Shows the billing name entered for the order. If a name is entered in the order section (located below the ticket level and above the billing section), the order section name is displayed instead of the billing name

  • Address: Appears directly under the name and shows the billing address associated with the order. For US addresses, you'll see the city and state. For international addresses, you'll see the city, state/region/province (if applicable), and country abbreviation

  • Amount: Shows the total value of the order

  • Ticket Count: Shows the number of tickets purchased in the order

  • Page: Shows the page where the order was placed

  • Status: Shows the order status. Click here to learn more about the order statuses available in TicketSpice

  • Date: Shows the date the order was placed. If a pre-registered order is later completed, this shows the original submission date rather than the date an admin completed the order

  • Pencil and Eye icons: Opens the order so you can edit or view the order details

Pro Tip: If you accept free orders, the ticket buyer does not enter an address, so an address will not appear under the name.

Beyond the View All view, you can filter to specific types of orders. Use the available views to quickly find pending payment orders, pre-registered orders, or tickets.

Pending Payment

Overview

From the Overview section, you can view basic details about the order. This includes the name associated with the order, order status, total amount paid, page associated with the order, and the total number of transactions and linked tickets.
