Lastly, you also can enable Resend Confirmation email on the navigation bar of your page (if not already enabled).

Resend a Confirmation Email
To resend a ticket buyer's confirmation email, follow these steps.
Note: Resending confirmation emails is free. There is no additional charge to do so.
From the top menu bar, select the Orders tab
Search for the order ID, name, or email in the search box
Click the eye icon next to the order you want to adjust
Click Resend Email
Verify the attendee’s name and email, and make any updates as needed
click Send
Note: If a ticket buyer asks you to resend their confirmation to a different email because the original address was entered incorrectly, proceed with caution. Be sure to verify their identity before sending to a new address to prevent potential fraud or social engineering attempts.
Enable Resend Confirmation on the Nav Bar
You can enable a Resend Confirmation link at the top of your ticketing page where any ticket buyer can go to enter their email to have their confirmation and tickets resent. Here is how:
From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon on the page you'd like to enable the Resend Confirmation for
Click the pencil on the header image
Scroll down and enable Show Help Nav (if it isn't already enabled)
Check the box for Resend Confirmation
