Use the Transactions Tab to View and Manage Your Transactions

View your transaction history, filter by status, type, page, or date, and open a specific transaction's details, including gateway details, linked orders, and notes

Written by Maddy

The Transactions tab lets you see a history of the recent transactions processed on your pages without pulling an export. You can view transactions across all your pages, narrow the list to a specific page, or filter by status or type, giving you a lot of flexibility in how you review your data. This article covers how to use the Transactions tab and how to view the details of a specific transaction.

Pro Tip: The Transactions tab is best for reviewing recent activity at a glance. If you need a complete history of your transactions, we recommend running the Transactions report or the Order Ledger report instead.

Getting Started

  • Hover over the Reports tab in your account

  • Select Transactions from the dropdown

View All Transactions

Once you open the tab, you'll see a list of all of the recent transactions processed on your pages. From here, you can search and filter the list to find what you need.

Pro Tip: Use filters to quickly narrow down your transactions by transaction status, transaction type, page, or date range. You can apply multiple filters at the same time if desired.

Each transaction in the list shows:

  • Name: Shows the billing name associated with the transaction

  • Address: Appears directly under the billing name and shows the billing address associated with the transaction. For US addresses, you'll see the city and state. For international addresses, you'll see the city, state/region/province (if applicable), and country abbreviation

  • Amount: Shows the transaction amount

  • Payment Method: Shows the payment method used for the transaction

  • Page: Shows the page where the transaction originated

  • Status: Shows the transaction status. Click here to learn more about the transaction statuses available in TicketSpice

  • Date: Shows the date and time the transaction took place

  • Eye icon: Opens the transaction so you can view more details

Pro Tip: Transaction amounts shown in parentheses indicate that a refund was issued.

Note: A recurring icon appears next to the amount when a transaction is part of a recurring payment, such as a payment plan.
