Getting Started

The Analytics page provides a centralized overview of ticket sales, visitor activity, scans, and reporting data for an individual TicketSpice page. To access your page analytics:

  • From the Pages screen, click the graph icon under the page you want to view

  • Filter your data if desired. By default, Analytics includes all data collected since your page went live. Use the Date filter to narrow results based on when ticket buyers completed their purchases.

Pro Tip: If you have a date-based page or Series of Events page, you can also filter your page analytics based on the event date or specific event attendees selected.

  • Date-Based Page: Use the Recurring: Select a Date filter to view data for a specific event date or date range. This filter shows only attendees who purchased tickets for the selected event date(s), regardless of when the tickets were purchased

  • Series of Event Page: Use the All Events filter to view data for a specific event in your series. This only shows attendees and purchased tickets for the selected event, regardless of when the tickets were purchased

Download a Roster

The Analytics page includes shortcuts for downloading your attendee roster.

  • From the Pages screen, click the graph icon under the page where you want to view the roster

  • On the Analytics page, click Download Roster in the top-right corner

Pro Tip: The Roster includes the billing first and last name, billing email address, ticket holder first and last name (if added), the ticket status, event date selection (on date-based pages), time slot selection (on pages with time slots), and the ticket level.

If you want additional details about your tickets or want to customize the report, we recommend downloading a Tickets Report.

FAQs

Can I customize the Analytics roster download?

No. The Analytics roster download is a quick export tool and does not support custom columns or formatting.

If you need a more detailed or customizable export, use the Tickets Report, which provides additional filtering and reporting options.

Are page analytics available for each ticketing page?

Yes. Page Analytics are available for each page. To view Analytics for another page, navigate to that page and open its Analytics dashboard.

Why doesn't the conversion rate match the number of unique visitors and orders?

The conversion rate is not calculated using unique visitors. Instead, it is based on the number of active visitors who interacted with the page and the resulting online orders.

Because unique visitors and active visitors are measured differently, the conversion rate may not match a calculation based solely on unique visitors versus total online orders.
