When you're hosting an event, having access to your attendee list is essential. Viewing or exporting your attendee list gives you a clear picture of the number of people who have purchased tickets for your event, the ticket level each attendee selected, and more. In this article, we'll walk you through the different ways to find and export your attendee list.
Pro Tip: TicketSpice offers multiple ways to download your event's attendee list. Below, we’ll outline each method and highlight when it’s most useful.
We recommend using the Tickets Report when you want a more detailed and customizable view of your attendee list. This report offers the most comprehensive information about each ticket sold and is the only report that includes all responses to ticket-level questions. You can also filter this report by ticket level, event selection, status, and purchase date as needed.
We recommend using the Booking Summary option to find your attendee list quickly without downloading a CSV file. For example, this is a great way to view your current list of attendees on your mobile device. You can also download a CSV file with the attendee list directly from this screen.
We recommend using the Download Roster feature in the Analytics page to download your full roster quickly as a CSV file.

Download a Tickets Report
You can use a Tickets Report to quickly find out who is coming to your event.
Pro Tip: If you want to view a summary of how many scans have been used per ticket, a Ticket Report is a good way to view this information. With this option, you can pull the Entry Scans, Total Scans, First Scan Date, Last Scan Date, and Last Scan Device for each of your tickets.
To pull a Tickets report, hover your mouse over the Reports tab in the top menu bar
Select Exporter from the dropdown
Select the Tickets Report
Search for your page name(s) and select the page(s), or simply select the page(s) if you can see them
If desired, use the Ticket Level field to only include specific ticket levels in your report. By default, the Tickets Report includes all ticket levels.
If your page is set up as a date-based event or uses an event series template, the Event Selection field allows you to filter your report to include only specific dates or events. By default, the Tickets report includes all dates or events
Select the field(s) you would like to export and press the right arrow to move them to the box on the right to be exported. To move fields out of the export, select the left arrow button
To move fields to a new column on the report, select the field you want to move, and select the Up or Down arrows respectively
Pro Tip: When filtering by event selection, TicketSpice will only display options that attendees have already purchased. For example, if your date-based event offers tickets for every date in July, but attendees have only purchased tickets for July 1 and July 15, only July 1 and July 15 will appear in the Event Selection field. If the attendee later purchases a ticket for July 22, that date will then be added as an option in the Event Selection field.
Pro Tip: To select multiple pages or fields at once, hold down the command or control button on your keyboard while making your selections. To select all pages or fields, hold the command or control button and the A button on your keyboard.
Select the Statuses you want to include. By default, the Tickets report will include the Completed, Pending Offline Payment, Pending Transfer, Pre-registered, and Canceled statuses
Select a date range if desired. If these fields are blank, the report will pull all tickets from the moment your page went live
Select the File Type and File Name
When ready, click the Download button
NOTE: The Ticket export includes ticket-specific data, along with any fields you've added to each ticket level. However, this report does not include information collected outside of the ticket block. To access that information, you’ll need to run an Orders export instead. Click here to learn how to pull an Orders report and explore other reporting options in TicketSpice.
Pro Tip: If a Name field wasn’t added to the ticket level, the Tickets Report will show the billing name for any tickets in the order.
