Use the Dashboard to View Sales, Orders, and Account Analytics

View key metrics for your TicketSpice account, including sales, orders, ticket performance, visitor activity, purchasing trends, coupons, merchandise, donations, and more.

The Dashboard gives you a real-time overview of your TicketSpice account so you can quickly monitor sales, orders, tickets, and customer activity without running individual reports. From one place, you can view sales totals, page visits, purchasing trends, top-performing event pages, recent orders, and more. Use the Dashboard to track your account's performance, identify trends, and quickly access the information you need to make informed decisions.

Note: The Dashboard is designed to provide an overview of your entire account or multiple pages. If you want detailed analytics for a single ticketing page, view that page's Page Analytics for more in-depth insights.

Getting Started

  • From the top menu bar in your account, click Dashboard

  • Filter your data if needed. By default, the Dashboard displays year-to-date data from all pages in your account. Use the Pages filter to view data for specific page(s), or the Date filter to select a different date range

Pro Tip: You can use the Date filter to filter your Dashboard to Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days, Last 90 Days, Year to Date, Last Year, All Time, or a custom date range.

Note: The Dashboard displays data for one currency at a time. If your account processes multiple currencies, use the Currency filter to select the currency you want to view.


Overview

The top of the Dashboard displays key metrics that provide a quick overview of your account or selected pages.

  • Sales: Displays your current sales. This total excludes pending offline orders and refunds

  • Total Sales: Displays all sales processed, including pending offline orders and refunds

  • Pending Offline: Displays the total amount still owed for unpaid offline orders. This metric only appears if offline payments are enabled and you have at least one unpaid offline order

  • Refunds: Displays the total amount refunded

  • Page Visits: Displays the total number of page visits

  • Tickets: Displays tickets from completed orders only. Cancelled tickets and tickets associated with pending offline orders are excluded

  • Total Tickets: Displays the total number of tickets purchased, including cancelled tickets and tickets associated with pending offline orders

  • Pending Tickets: Displays the total number of tickets associated with pending orders

  • Cancelled Tickets: Displays the total number of cancelled tickets

  • Percentage of Visitors who Registered: Displays the percentage of active page visitors who completed a ticket purchase. This metric is based on the number of active visitors who interacted with your page compared to the number of online orders


Order Insights

The Order Insights section highlights general purchasing behavior and transaction trends for your ticketing pages. You'll see the following metrics:

  • Average Order Total

  • Average Transaction Time

  • Top Sales Day of the Week

  • Average Tickets Per Order

  • Coupon Usage

  • Top Purchasing Hour of the Day

Pro Tip: Average Transaction Time measures the average time it takes a ticket buyer to complete an order after first interacting with your page.


Top Performing Pages

The Top Performing Pages section highlights the five highest-performing pages. For each page, you'll see the page name and total sales.


Recent Orders

The Recent Ticket Orders section displays your 10 most recent ticket orders. For each order, you can view the billing name, number of tickets purchased, order total, and the page where the tickets were purchased. To view additional order details, click the eye icon next to the order.

To view all ticket orders, click View All Recent Orders.

Pro Tip: The number displayed next to Recent Orders indicates how many customers placed an order during your dashboard's date range.


Map of Visitors and Orders

The Map of Visitors and Orders section helps you understand where your audience is located and how they are finding your pages.

Review Top Traffic Sources

To the left of the map, TicketSpice displays the top traffic sources driving visitors to your pages. Use this data to understand which websites, marketing campaigns, or referral sources are generating the most traffic and sales.

View Visitor and Order Locations

The map displays the geographic locations of both visitors and ticket purchasers. This allows you to quickly identify where interest in your pages is coming from and where ticket sales are occurring.

  • Blue dots represent visitors who viewed your pages

  • Green dots represent attendees who completed an order

Pro Tip: Visitor locations are determined by the visitor's IP address. Order locations are based on the billing address entered during checkout.

Note: Use the region filter above the map to focus on visitor and order activity in a specific area. You can view data for the United States, North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Australia, or Worldwide to better understand where your audience is engaging with your event pages.


Order Stats

The Order Stats section provides a snapshot of how customers are purchasing tickets and interacting with your pages. Use this information to better understand buyer behavior and identify trends.

Devices Used

The Device Used section shows the types of devices attendees used to view your ticketing pages.

Pro Tip: Device type is reported as Desktop, Mobile, or Tablet.

The pie chart provides a visual breakdown of the device type. Hover over a section of the chart to view:

  • The device type

  • The total number of page views for that device type

  • The percentage of overall page views for that device type

Coupons Used

The Coupons section shows how often coupons are used on your pages. The pie chart provides a visual breakdown of the percentage of orders placed with a coupon.

Merchandise Ordered

The Merchandise Ordered section displays the percentage of orders that included merchandise. The pie chart shows a visual breakdown of the percentage of orders that includes at least one merchandise item.

Donations Included

The Donations Included section shows the percentage of orders that included a donation. The pie chart provides a visual breakdown of orders with a donation.


Top Order Levels

The Top Order Levels section highlights the five most popular ticket levels across your pages. For each ticket level, you'll see its name and the total number of tickets sold.


Top Coupons

The Top Coupons section displays the five most popular coupons across your pages. For each coupon, you'll see its coupon code and the total number of times the coupon was used.


My Tasks

The My Tasks section displays the 10 oldest open tasks across all contacts in your account. For each task, you can view the task and its due date, if one has been assigned. Click the eye icon to view the contact associated with the task.


FAQs

Can I set a custom date range for my dashboard?

Yes. To set a custom date range, select Custom from the Date Range dropdown, then choose the start and end dates you want to view.
