The TicketSpice Box Office app helps you sell tickets in person at your event. Your team can sell tickets, merchandise, and memberships at the door, or you can set up a self-service kiosk where attendees buy tickets on their own. When using the self check-out mode, attendees who bought tickets online can also scan their QR code at the kiosk and check themselves in.
All Box Office sales sync with your online ticketing page in real time, so on-site sales count toward your inventory and capacity limits. In this article, we'll cover how to choose the right Box Office mode for your event and find detailed instructions for each part of the Box Office experience.
If you need to download the TicketSpice scanning app, you can do so here:

Choose Your Box Office Mode
The Box Office app has two app key types: staff-operated and self-checkout. You choose the type when you create your app key, and you can create multiple app keys if you want to use both types at the same event. This section compares the two types so you can decide which one fits your event.
Pro Tip: Many events use both app key types. For example, you can set up a staff-operated device at your ticket window to handle cash and questions, and a self-checkout kiosk nearby so attendees who bought online can check themselves in and skip the line.
