Customize Your Ticket
You can customize your ticket to include important event details and branding elements. Below, you’ll find a complete overview of all ticket settings you can customize.
Ticket Heading: Customize the ticket heading as desired. By default, the text "This is Your Ticket" will appear in this heading. Click anywhere within this text field to edit the heading as needed
Event Name: Customize the event name as desired. By default, your the original page name you entered when creating the page will populate in this section. Click anywhere in this text field to edit the event name
Text Field: Add additional details about your event. To add text to this section, click the blank area directly below the "Event Name" field, and add your details
Pro Tip: If you capture each attendee's name within the ticket block, TicketSpice will show that person's name on the ticket above the ticket level they selected. If you do not capture each attendee's name, the ticket buyer's billing name will be displayed under the Purchase Information section.
Ticket Level: This field automatically populates the ticket level for this ticket. By default, TicketSpice displays "General Admission" in this field, but this is just a placeholder that will replaced with the ticket level the buyer selected. If you are using a date-based page, TicketSpice will automatically populate the ticket buyer's date and time selection next to the ticket level they selected
Additional Details: This field can be used to add additional details to your ticket. To add these, click the blank area directly under the "General Admission" field, and add your details
Event Logo: Select the stock image icon to upload an event logo to display on your tickets. You can choose from files you have already uploaded, or choose a file directly from your computer
Pro Tip: On Standard pages, the event date does not automatically populate on the ticket. For this reason, we recommend manually adding your event's start date on the ticket.
For a date-based event, the event date and time the attendee selected populates automatically and appears next to the ticket level they selected.
Note: The recommended event logo size for tickets is 430 × 350 pixels.
Purchase Information: The purchase information will automatically populate based on the ticket buyer information. It will show the ticket buyer name, the date of purchase as well as the ticket number issued for the ticket
Ticket Description: If you add a ticket level description for the ticket level, this description will appear directly below the QR code on the ticket. This description can only be edited from the ticket level
Location Information: This field displays your event's address. To edit this information, click anywhere within the Location Information section, and edit the address
Add Additional Information: If you want to add any additional information to the ticket, scroll to the text editor near the bottom of the page. From there, add and customize your content as desired
Sponsor Images: If you want to feature one of your sponsors on digital and printed tickets, click the stock image icon under the Sponsors section to add their logo. You can choose from files you have already uploaded, or choose a file directly from your computer
Pro Tip: Only one image can be uploaded in the sponsor image section. If you’d like to display multiple sponsor logos, we recommend using a free image editing tool such as PIXLR to combine all logos into a single image before uploading it to your TicketSpice page.
Note: The recommended sponsor logo size is 950 pixels wide. Uploaded images will be automatically resized to a maximum width of 215 pixels.
