Customize your ticket so it can be utilized as both a marketing tool for your sponsors as well as a resource for critical information such as event location and arrival details, etc. Just remember to keep it simple and brief.

Note: Customizing printed tickets is only available for In-Person events (aka not virtual events)

Navigate to the Ticket tab
From the Pages screen, click the Pencil icon on the page you'd like to edit the ticket for. Then click the Ticket tab
Customize ticket information and logo
Ticket Heading
By default, the ticket heading will say THIS IS YOUR TICKET. Simply click into that area to customize the text.
Event Name
The event name will pre-fill into the ticket based on the original page title you set when creating this page. You can click into that field to edit.
Ticket Level
The General Admission shown in the below example is simply a placeholder. It will be replaced with the ticket level label the ticket buyer selected.
Additional Details
You can click into the blank area under the ticket level title to add additional details.
Event Logo
The stock event logo from the design template may be pre-filled here. Simply click Delete Logo to upload or select your own custom event logo.
Recommended ticket event logo size is: 430 x 350 pixels
Purchase Information
The purchase information will automatically populate based on the ticket buyer information. It will show the ticket buyer name, the date of purchase as well as the ticket number that is issued for the ticket.
Ticket Description
If you included a Ticket Description when setting up your ticket levels in the builder, the description will display here.
Location Information
Click into the Location Information section to type in your event's address.
Add additional content
If you have additional information you'd like to provide the attendee, you can do so by customizing the content in the below text editor. There are formatting tools available to customize the font, color, size, alignment, etc.
Sponsor Logo(s)
If you have a sponsor or sponsors you'd like to feature on the attendees digital and printed tickets, you can upload a sponsor image by clicking the upload image icon.
Recommended sponsor logo size is 950 pixels wide. They will be resized to a maximum of 215 pixels.
๐กTip: Only one image can be uploaded into the sponsor image section. If you have multiple sponsor logos you'd like to display, here is an idea on how to do so: Go to your page builder and add an image gallery. Upload the sponsor logos and then take a screenshot. Come back to the ticket and upload the screenshot of all the sponsor logos. You also can use a free image editing tool such as PIXLR.
Preview the ticket
To get an idea of what your ticket looks like while customizing it, select the Preview Ticket link at the top right-hand corner of the page.

Q: Will the additional content, event logo and sponsor logo appear on the ticket when viewing it in apple wallet?
A: No, the additional content, event logo and sponsor logo will not appear on the ticket when viewing it in apple wallet.
Q: Can I customize the heading, logo, sponsor logo or additional text based on ticket level selection?
A: The only information that can be customized per ticket level is the information that will be pre-populated onto the ticket by our system such as Ticket holder name, Purchaser information and date and time slot selection. Any other information provided on the ticket will display for all ticket level selections.
โQ: Can the [[Event Date]] be deleted?
A: No, the [[Event Date]] cannot be deleted. If deleted, the system will re-populate it.

Q: What date does [[Event Date]] display on the ticket?
A: The [[Event Date]] will automatically populate date-related event information. The date that is populated will depend on the event type of your page.
On a Standard page setup, if you go to the Settings -> Dates -> Start Date, that is the date that will appear on in [[Event Date]]. You can edit it there or even clear it out and the start date will stop appearing on the ticket.
On a Date-Based (Calendar) page setup, the selected ticket date will populate in [[Event Date]]. If a time slot is selected it will also display with the event date.
On a Date Based (List) page setup, the selected date will populate in [[Event Date]]. If a time slot is also selected, it will display on the ticket as well.
On a Series of Events page setup, the event start date from the Settings -> Date -> Start Date will display in [[Event Date]]. You can edit the date under Settings or even clear it out and the start date will stop appearing on the ticket.
