Sometimes people have things come up and they need to make a change to the date or time of their ticket. If you'd prefer to allow your attendees to make these changes themselves, you can enable the Attendee Account Center. But, if you prefer to make the change yourself, read on to see how.

NOTE: You'll need Report user permissions in order to edit orders. If you are unable to edit, you can reach out to your account admin to inquire about increasing permissions

From the Pages screen, select Orders

Search for the name on the order you'd like to edit

💡Tip: Searchable items in orders are: Name, email and order number (found on the attendee's receipt)

Select the Pencil icon to edit the order

Select the new desired date and/or time slot

Note: Actions that apply to your live page will also apply to the edit screen here. For example: If an action it set to hide 10am time slots on Monday's, it won't show the 10am on Monday when editing the order.

💡Tip: The dates that are unavailable or sold out will be greyed out and dates with availability will show in green

The available time slots will display in the dropdown

If the change of date and/or time slot results in an increase or decrease in the original transaction amount, the system will prompt you to refund or charge the difference

You also can choose to send an updated confirmation email with their new tickets and a custom message letting the ticket buyer know about the changes

NOTE: In the case that the attendee accidentally brings their original ticket(s) instead of the new ones, when their original ticket is scanned, it will reflect the updated information

When ready, click the Save button (the button may say Save & Refund or Save & Charge)

Once the edit has been saved, you will notice the refund (or charge) notated below as well as an option to add a note to the order for future internal reference as to why the change was made
