The Hard Stock Tickets feature allows you to upload or generate codes that can be scanned by the TicketSpice App. This is most commonly used in partnership with a ticket printer so that physical tickets are available for sale onsite.

This article will cover...

  • Generating Codes

  • Uploading Codes

  • Exporting Codes

To begin, select Hard Stock from your Onsite tab in your page builder.

Generating Codes

This option will create codes that you can export and take to a ticket printer.

Select Generate

You will see a series of options to customize the codes.

Ticket Level
This dropdown will pull in the ticket levels available on your page, select the level you'd like to codes to apply towards. You can create a new ticket level that's only for Hard Stock if you prefer to do so for tracking purposes.

Format
This option is available if you have existing ticket formats to match. All will be scanned the same by the scanning app.

Static Prefix
If you're generating multiple series of codes, use the static prefix to identify them. If left blank, our system will generate the codes at random.

Length
The number of digits the code will be.

Number Of Codes
The number of codes you'd like to generate.
(note you can only generate up to 9,999 at a time)

Select Generate again once you have customized the menu to your preferences.

Important! This cannot be undone.

Depending on the size of the request, this can take a few moments. We will email you when the codes are finished.

Once complete, you will see them listed under your Hard Stock tab.
