This guide is for the event attendees who are trying to locate tickets they purchased for an event. If that is you, welcome! We'll help guide you through how to track down your tickets. Below are a few options for you: As a first step, ensure your purchase was completed successfully by checking for charges on your payment method. If no charge exists, you may need to attempt purchasing tickets again.
1. Utilize our resend tickets tool by clicking here.
Enter your name and the email address you entered when making your purchase
If the email address you entered is linked to an order, the associated confirmation email will be sent to you
If you do not receive a confirmation email, it could be that the email entered was the wrong one, or possibly mis-spelled. Or it was mis-spelled when purchasing your tickets. In which case, we recommend reaching out to the event organizer, or continue to the following options.
2. Return to the ticketing page
Google the name of your event and you should find the ticketing page where you purchased your tickets. Most ticketing pages on TicketSpice will have a self-service option to resend you your tickets to your email. At the top of the ticketing page, look for a Resend link. Enter the email address you used when purchasing your tickets and it should resend the tickets to your email inbox. If you do not find the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder as it might have been filtered there.
3. Login to your Attendee Account Center
If the event has enabled the Attendee Account Center, you can login to see if you did indeed purchase tickets to this event. You can login by going to the ticket page where you purchased your tickets and if you see a Login button, the Attendee Account Center has been enabled and you can claim your account and login with the email address you used when purchasing your tickets. All of your previous orders linked to that email address will display there and you'll be able to resend your tickets as well.
4. Contact the event organizer directly
Email the event organizer directly and provide the email address and name on the ticket reservation. That will help them look up your ticket order and resend them to you. If you have your tickets and simply want to make changes to your order, you will need to contact the event organizer anyway as our team is not authorized to make any changes or modifications on behalf of the event.
5. Send an SOS to our team
If all else fails, you can send a message to our team for help. Hit that green bubble in the bottom right corner to message us. Typically events have support flows in place, and our team doesn't like to deviate or get in the way of that. But if you are in an emergency situation and have already reached out to the event organizer and are not hearing back, we don't want you to miss the event.
You would need to provide your name, email address, the name of the event and your billing address. We will only resend tickets to the email on the original reservation and will not be able to accommodate any change requests, refunds, upgrades, or modifications.

If you haven't received your confirmation email, try these steps:
Check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes confirmation emails are filtered there by your email provider
Verify the email address you entered during purchase. If you accidentally entered an incorrect email address, the confirmation email will have been sent to that address
Contact the event organizer if you entered the wrong email address. They can help update your order information and resend your confirmation email if needed

If the Resend Tickets tool isn't sending your tickets, it's usually due to one of the following reasons:
The email address entered during checkout contains a typo. The tickets were sent to the incorrect email address associated with the order
The email address entered into the Resend Tickets tool contains a typo. Double-check that you're entering the same email address used when placing the order
No order is associated with the email address entered. If an order wasn't placed using that email address, the tool won't be able to locate and resend the tickets
