With Daily Summary Emails, you can quickly get a quick snapshot of your revenue, ticket sales, and page activity from the previous day. In this article, you’ll learn how to subscribe or unsubscribe users, understand who receives these emails, and break down the information included in each report.

Subscribe or Unsubscribe from Daily Summary Emails
Hover your mouse over the Gear icon in the top right corner
Select Users from the dropdown menu
Click the pencil next to the user you want to edit
Check or uncheck Subscribe to Daily Summary Reports
Click Save
Note: In TicketSpice, you cannot edit your own permissions. If you want to enable or disable daily summary emails for your own user, we recommend reaching out to another user who has access to edit your user permissions.
Here is who we recommend reaching out to depending on your user permissions:
Account Owner: If you are the account owner or the only user on the account, we recommend reaching out to our support team, and we would be happy to help
Admin: If you are an admin on the account, we recommend reaching out to the account owner or another admin on the account, and they can subscribe or unsubscribe you from the daily summary email
User: If you are a user on the account, we recommend reaching out to the account owner, an admin on the account, or a user with "Manage User Permissions," and they can subscribe or unsubscribe you from the daily summary email
Understand the Daily Summary Email
The Daily Summary email gives you a clear snapshot of your account’s activity and performance from the previous day. This section describes what information is included in the Daily Summary email.
Pro Tip: The Daily Summary email is only sent on days when you have new ticket sales. If no tickets are sold, you won’t receive a Daily Summary email.
Revenue Overview
The Revenue Overview section shows your total revenue for the day. This includes all new ticket orders.
Note: The Revenue Overview section shows your gross revenue and does not subtract TicketSpice platform fees or payment processing fees. It also does not reflect any refunds issued the previous day.
Activity Summary
This section highlights engagement and activity on your event pages. This section tracks the number of new ticket sales, new transactions, new visitors, and total visitors.
To see more detailed analytics, click the View Analytics button to open your account’s analytics dashboard.
Revenue by Page
This section breaks down the revenue by individual ticketing page. This section shows how much revenue each page generated, so you can compare performance across multiple pages.
To see more detailed information about your account's transaction history, click the View Transactions button to see your transaction history.
Ticket Sales Summary
This section shows the ticket sales performance by individual ticketing page. This section shows the number of new tickets sold that day compared to the total tickets sold for the page.

There are several reasons you may not be receiving a Daily Summary Email.
You didn't had any ticket sales the previous day: Daily Summary emails are only sent on days following new ticket sales. If there were no sales on your account the previous day, you won’t receive a Daily Summary email
The email is going to spam: Your email provider may be filtering Daily Summary emails. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder to see if they were delivered there

No. The Organization Email will always receive Daily Summary emails. There is no way to prevent the Organization Email from receiving these emails.

No, the daily summary email does not track refunds or cancellations. The Revenue section reflects only the revenue from ticket sales processed that day and does not adjust for any refunds or cancellations.

Yes, ticket sales made through the Box Office App are included in the Daily Summary Email, just like sales from your online ticketing page.
How do order edits with additional payments appear in the daily summary email?

If a ticket buyer updates an existing order and pays an additional amount, the Activity section will show a new transaction. The Revenue Section will include the additional payment in that day's revenue totals for the page.
If the ticket buyer adds more tickets, each ticket they purchase is recorded as a new ticket sale in the Activity section and reflected as new tickets in the Ticket Sales section.

When someone purchases or manually renews a membership on your live ticketing page
The Activity section of the daily summary email records a new transaction for the order
The Revenue section also includes this order, including any membership fees, in that day’s revenue totals for the page
When a membership is auto-renewed
The Activity section of the daily summary email records a new transaction, but not a new ticket sale
The Revenue section still includes the auto-renewal in that day’s revenue totals for the page

Free orders are only included in the Daily Summary Email when there is at least one paid order processed on the same page that day.
Free event pages (disabled billing): Orders and tickets are not included in the Daily Summary Email
Free orders on a paid event page
If at least one paid order is processed on the same ticketing page that day, free tickets will appear in the Activity section alongside paid tickets. Free tickets are counted as new ticket sales and new transactions
If only free orders occur on the ticketing page that day, your free orders and tickets are not included in the Daily Summary Email

Pre-registered orders only appear in the daily summary email after they are completed. They display differently in the email depending on when the order is completed
If a pre-registered order is completed on the same day it was originally submitted:
The Activity section of the daily summary email will show a new ticket sale and a new transaction
The Revenue section will include the order in that day's revenue for the page
The Ticket Sales section will include the pre-registered order in the new tickets for the day
If a pre-registered order is completed on a different day than it was originally submitted
The daily summary email will not include the order until it is completed
Once completed, the Activity section of the daily summary email will show a new transaction, but not a new ticket sale
The Revenue section will include the order in that day's revenue totals for the page
The Ticket Sales section will not include the pre-registered order in the new ticket sales for the day
