FAQs

Can I offer banquet seating on a Reserved Seating page?

Yes! On Reserved Seating pages, you have the option to create round or rectangular tables for your attendees.

Can I have a venue that includes both assigned seating and unassigned seating?

Yes, you can add a venue with both assigned and unassigned seating by adding a Seated Section field and General Admission field. Click here to learn how to set up your venue with both of these fields.

Can I offer season tickets on a Reserved Seating page?

No, right now, Reserved Seating pages do not have season ticket functionality.

Can I offer multiple event dates on a single Reserved Seating page?

No. Right now, each Reserved Seating page works for one event date. If you have multiple showings, we recommend creating separate Reserved Seating pages for each of your events.

Can I use Actions on a Reserved Seating page?

For Reserved Seating pages, actions can be used to target fields outside of the Reserved Seating venue, but cannot be used to target the venue itself. This means you currently cannot use actions to dynamically change the price of seats in your venue.

You can use actions to control fields outside the venue, such as applying a discount to merchandise items and other optional add-ons.

Can I edit a Reserved Seating Order?

You cannot modify the selected seats on a Reserved Seating order after it has been placed. If an attendee would like different seats, we recommend cancelling the original order, issuing a voucher for the page, and purchasing tickets for the new seats. Click here to learn how to cancel an order.

Can I use Coupons on my Reserved Seating page?

For Reserved Seating pages, coupons cannot be used to discount seats in your venue. Coupons can only be applied to fields outside of the venue, such as merchandise and other add-ons.
