To complete an offline payment, select Transactions in the Reports dropdown.

Pro Tip: Filter by status to find the pending payments quickly. 

Click the eye next to the transaction you wish to complete.

Select Complete. 

Option One: Complete the payment. 

You can add a reference, a custom confirmation message and/or admin notes. All are optional. Completing the transaction tells the system that you received payment and it will update the associated status from Pending Offline to Completed.

Once submitted, the customer will receive a confirmation with their completed order and scan in code. 

Option Two: Void the payment. 

Pending payments won't count toward your numbers or financials. However, if the customer cancels and doesn't plan to send in payment, you can void it to update the status.
