Copy Your Page

Overview

  • From the top menu bar, go to the Pages tab, and select View All Pages

  • Click the Copy Page button under the page you want to copy

  • Enter the new page name, event start date/time, currency, and estimated number of attendees

  • Click Copy & Create Page

Information that Will Copy

  • Event Type

  • Ticket Levels (including all associated wording, capacities, and settings)

  • Page fields

  • Graphics & Wording

  • Actions (date-based actions will copy, but will need to be updated)

  • Confirmation Page and Email Messaging

  • Social and SEO

  • Attendee Permissions

  • Widgets

Information that Won't Copy

  • Attendee data

  • Page URL (a new URL will be associated with the new page)

  • Coupons

  • Event Start Date and Time

  • Event Location

  • App Keys

Pro Tip: When copying your page, we strongly recommend checking your entire page, including date-based actions, the confirmation page, confirmation emails, and social/SEO information to confirm that all of these fields have the correct information before publishing.

Sort your Pages

  • From the top menu bar, go to the Pages tab, and select View All Pages

  • Next to the Search bar on the right-hand side, select the Sort option you would like. By default, TicketSpice sorts pages by the last updated date

  • Your pages can be sorted by: Updated Date, Published Date, Created Date, Upcoming Date, and Past Event

Create and Use Folders

Create a Folder

  • From the top menu bar, go to the Pages tab, and select View All Pages

  • Click the View Folders button in the top left corner, and click Add New Folder

  • Add the Folder name, and click Add Folder

Move a Page into a Folder

  • From the top menu bar, go to the Pages tab, and select View All Pages

  • Click the ... icon under the page you want to move, and click Move to Folder

  • Select the Folder you want to move the page to, and click Save

Archive your Page

  • From the top menu bar, go to the Pages tab, and select View All Pages

  • Click the ... icon under the page you want to archive, and click Move to Archive

  • Click the Move to Archive button again to confirm that you want to archive the page

Notes

  • Archiving a page will immediately disable the page so no new orders can be accepted.

  • Reports and data cannot be viewed on archived pages. To access reports and data on archived pages, we recommend restoring the page before accessing data.

Pro Tip: When you archive a page, TicketSpice immediately removes the live link from the web. If someone tries to visit the archived page link, they’ll be automatically redirected to the website listed under your account’s Organization Details. If no website is provided there, visitors will be redirected to ticketspice.com. Here's how to add or update your account's website.

  • Hover your mouse over the gear icon in the upper right corner of your account

  • Select Organization Details from the dropdown

  • Click Edit Settings

  • Scroll to the Organization Website field, and add or edit the website

  • Click Save

Restore Your Page

From the archived folder, you'll have the option to restore your pages. This can only be done for archived, not deleted pages.

  • From the top menu bar, go to the Pages tab, and select View All Pages

  • Click the View Folders button in the top left corner, and select the Archived folder

  • Click the ... icon under the page you want to restore, and click Restore

Notes

  • When you restore a page, the page won't automatically republish. If you want to restore and republish an archived page, the page must be republished from the TicketSpice Edit Page.

Delete your Page

  • First, you will need to Archive the page (instructions shown here)

  • Once the page has been Archived, click the View Folders button in the top left corner, and select the Archived folder

  • Click the ... icon under the page you want to delete, and click Delete

  • Select the checkbox acknowledging that you understand that deleting the page will report all data from your reports, and click Delete Page
