In TicketSpice, you have the ability to create a customized landing page designed to promote your event before attendees even reach the ticketing process. A landing page allows you to share important event details, highlight key speakers or activities, showcase images or videos, and set the tone for your event — all in one visually appealing, easy-to-navigate space.

Rather than sending visitors directly to a ticketing page, you can first engage them with a landing page that builds excitement and provides valuable information. From there, you can link directly to your TicketSpice event pages, giving attendees a seamless path to sign up.

In this article, we’ll walk you through how to create a landing page, best practices to make it effective, and tips for making the most out of this powerful feature.

Log Into Your TicketSpice Account and Add-On RegFox (It's free to do!)

To set up your landing page, begin by logging into your TicketSpice account — then you will toggle over to RegFox. Then, you can create a landing page for your event. Here’s how to get started.

Pro Tip: RegFox is a standalone product with its own pricing structure. There are no monthly fees for RegFox. Charges only apply when a registration is submitted. This means if you create a landing page without enabling event sign-ups, you won’t incur any fees for your RegFox account.

  • From the Pages screen of your TicketSpice account, hover over the TicketSpice icon on the top left-hand side

  • If you already have an account, click the RegFox icon from the dropdown to log into your RegFox account

  • If you don't already have a RegFox account, click View All Products

  • Click Sign Up under RegFox to sign up for RegFox

  • From the Pages screen of your RegFox account, click the pencil icon on the page you want to edit

  • Click Create Page in the top right corner

  • Select Get Started on the template you would like to customize for your landing page

  • Enter the new page name, event start date/time, currency, and estimated number of registrants

  • Click Create Page

  • Create and customize the visual fields you want to display on your landing page

Getting Started

Once you create and customize the design of your new landing page, you can quickly remove the ability for visitors to submit a registration so you can highlight event information and direct visitors on how to purchase tickets on your other TicketSpice pages.

  • Hover over the location where you want your landing page to stop, and click the green + icon

  • Select the Page Break field

  • Click Done (the button labels won’t be visible, so you can disregard their wording)

  • Go to the Actions tab

  • Click Create Your First Action, or click the + icon on your action if you already have actions on your page

  • On the left-hand side, click the Date field

  • Select the Is After option, and select today's date

  • On the right-hand side, select the Hide option

  • Choose the Page Break field

  • Click Save Action

  • Click Save Now in the upper-right corner of your page to save your changes. Click Publish to publish these changes to your live page

Create a Button to Your TicketSpice Pages

After you've built your landing page to showcase your event without allowing sign-ups, you can add a button that directs visitors to your TicketSpice event page(s). You can easily set up both the landing page and the button within TicketSpice.

  • From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon under the TicketSpice page you want to direct attendees to visit

  • Hover over the Promote tab, and select the Button Generator option

  • In the Button Text field, add the text that you want to appear on the Button

  • Under Button Size, select the size of your button

  • Under Button Corners, select whether you would like the button's corners to be square or rounded

  • Customize your Button Text Color and Button Background Color by clicking the color circles or entering the desired hex code

  • Click the Open Page in a New Window checkbox if you would like your TicketSpice page to open in a new window when attendees click the button

  • Toggle the Show Payment Methods toggle if you would like to display the available payment methods under your button

  • When you have customized your button as desired, copy and paste your Embed Code into your new page

Add a Button to Your Landing Page

After you create buttons that link to your TicketSpice event pages, you can add them to your landing page to give your visitors a simple, direct way to sign up for your event.

  • Copy the embed code for your button

  • From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon under the page for which you want to add the button

  • Hover over your page, and click the + icon

  • Select the Raw HTML field

  • Paste your code into the field

  • Click Done

  • Click Save-Now in the top right corner to save your changes. Click Publish to update your live page with these changes
