The Booking Summary feature gives you a quick and easy way to see how many tickets have been sold for your event without the need for spreadsheet exports. With Booking Summary, you can view the number of tickets sold by date, time slot, or ticket level to get an at-a-glance snapshot of how your event is performing. Additionally, you can view which attendees are scheduled to attend your event on a specific day or time slot.

Whether you're planning marketing efforts or managing on-site operations, Booking Summary helps you understand total tickets sold for any timeframe, so you can make informed decisions and prepare accordingly.

Note: Booking Summary is only available for date-based events on TicketSpice.

Booking Summary is not available for Reserved Seating, Standard Events, or Event Series pages. For these types of pages, we recommend using the Report Summary to quickly see the analytics for your event.

View Your Sold Tickets in Booking Summary

Note: If you are using a limited supply for your event, the capacities displayed on the Booking Summary represent the current published capacities of the page. These capacities will not update with any capacity changes caused by actions.

  • Find the date(s) where you want to view capacity. Our system will automatically display 5 days on a computer, starting with the current date. You can also click the "date" field to select a date from the calendar

  • Click the arrow icon to open or collapse the Overview and ticket level sections

  • The Overview tab shows an overview of how many tickets have sold for your event across all ticket levels

    • If you have time slots on the page, the Booking Summary will display how many tickets in each time slot have sold

    • If your event has limited capacity, the pie chart in the top right corner of the date visually indicates how full your event is for the day.

    • If your event has limited capacity, the grey bar on the right-hand side of each day or time slot reflects the total capacity. As tickets are sold, the capacity bar fills up to provide a visual indication of how full your event or time slot is

Pro Tip: If you click the number of tickets sold for the day or time slot, the Booking Summary will show a pop-up that lists a breakdown of how many tickets have sold, the current capacity, the remaining available tickets, and the number of tickets sold per ticket level. This pop-up also displays a list of attendees who have placed an order to attend your event on that specific day or time slot.

  • If you want to quickly check how many tickets have been sold per ticket level, scroll to the time slot, and click the arrow icon to expand this ticket level section

    • In the ticket level, the Booking Summary will display the total number of sold tickets in your time slot

Note: If your event has a fixed capacity per time slot, Booking Summary will only display the number of sold tickets for the ticket level and time slot. Booking Summary will not display capacity information in the ticket level dropdown, as the capacity is shared across multiple ticket levels.

If your event has a fixed capacity per time slot and you would like to view your event's capacity, we recommend using the Overview section to find this information.

Quickly View Who is Attending Your Event
