Create a Free Event
From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon on the event page that you would like to make free
Hover your mouse over Settings in the top menu bar
Select Basic Setup from the dropdown
Check the box for Disable Billing
Click Yes to confirm that you would like to disable billing on this page
Click Save Now in the upper-right corner of your page to save your changes. Click Publish to publish these changes to your live page

When you disable billing on a page, the system will ask you to put a credit card on file (if you don't already have one added) because free tickets are charged $0.99 per ticket unless you are also already hosting paid events on one of our products.
