FAQs

When I disable billing on my ticketing page, why does it ask me to put a credit card on file?

When you disable billing on a page, the system will ask you to put a credit card on file (if you don't already have one added) because free tickets are charged $0.99 per ticket unless you are also already hosting paid events on one of our products.

If I have hosted a paid event in TicketSpice, RegFox, or RedPodium, is the fee for my free events waived?

Yes, the standard per free ticket fee is waived on TicketSpice if you have already hosted a paid event in TicketSpice, RegFox, or RedPodium, or if you have accepted donations on GivingFuel.
