WARNING: Changing a subdomain will break any existing URLs. So proceed with caution. After updating a subdomain, you'll need to go republish any previously published pages.

Note: Changing the subdomain will update the first part of the URL for all of your pages. If you need to update the link for a specific ticketing page by modifying the second part of your URL (https://subdomain.ticketspice.com/yourpagename), click here.

FAQs

Can I use one subdomain for some of my pages on my account, and another subdomain for other pages?

At this time, each TicketSpice account has one subdomain that all the pages share. If you would like to use more than one subdomain, we recommend creating another TicketSpice account with a different subdomain.

Is my Subdomain the Same across TicketSpice, RegFox, RedPodium, and GivingFuel?

Yes, an organization's subdomain remains the same across all four products in your account. If you would like to create a different subdomain for TicketSpice, RegFox, RedPodium, or GivingFuel, we recommend creating another account for each of your products with a different subdomain.
