A subdomain is the first portion of the URL that is present across all of the ticketing pages in your account. For example:
WARNING: Changing a subdomain will break any existing URLs. So proceed with caution. After updating a subdomain, you'll need to go republish any previously published pages.
Note: Changing the subdomain will update the first part of the URL for all of your pages. If you need to update the link for a specific ticketing page by modifying the second part of your URL (https://subdomain.ticketspice.com/yourpagename), click here.

Hover your mouse over the Gear icon in the upper-right-hand corner of your account
Select Organization Details from the dropdown menu
Click the Edit Settings button
Scroll dow, and edit the subdomain in the Subdomain field
Click the Save button

At this time, each TicketSpice account has one subdomain that all the pages share. If you would like to use more than one subdomain, we recommend creating another TicketSpice account with a different subdomain.

Yes, an organization's subdomain remains the same across all four products in your account. If you would like to create a different subdomain for TicketSpice, RegFox, RedPodium, or GivingFuel, we recommend creating another account for each of your products with a different subdomain.
