Set the dates and times you'd like for your TicketSpice page to open and close. Opening and closing a page will open and close ticket sales.

To open or close ticket sales

Navigate to the Dates part of your page

  1. Click the pencil icon on the page you'd like to set dates for

  2. Hover over the Settings tab

  3. Click Dates and navigate down to the Registration dates section

Set your dates and times

  1. Under the Registration dates section, set your open and close date and time. This can be changed later if needed.

Enter a custom message

  1. Enter a custom message you'd like to display prior to the page opening. It can include info such as how they can enter their email below to be notified when tickets go on sale. Share some exciting things about your event, etc.

  2. Enter a custom message you'd like to display after ticket sales close. This can include info such as if you'll be selling tickets on-site at your event or even list out next year's event date.

Examples of the ticket buyer experience

Prior to tickets going on sale

The ticketing page will say "Ticketing Page Not Yet Open" and it will include your custom message as well as a countdown clock. There also will be an email input field where your ticket buyers can enter their email address and then receive an email once tickets go on sale!

NOTE: If someone is on the page when it opens, that person will then see the live page.

If an interested ticket buyer enters their email address in to be notified they will see "Thank you! You will be notified as soon as it is open."

Invite email

Once your page opens, the interested ticket buyer will receive an email similar to the one below, but with your page's name and URL.

NOTE: This invite email is not able to be customized.

Countdown to close

Ticket buyers will see a countdown clock at the top of the page when there are 5 minutes or less until the page closes.

NOTE: Once the closing date and time is hit, no additional orders will be accepted. Even if a ticket buyer is on the page filling it out, the page will close and they will not be able to submit it after the closing date and time.

After page is closed

After the closing date and time passes, the page will show "Sorry, Online Registration is Closed" and it will include your custom message below.
