Automatically Open Your Ticketing Page
Users can add a specific date and time to open the event page, allowing you to market and promote your event, but limit people from purchasing tickets for your event until a date and time of your choosing. Here is how to set up this option.
NOTE: If someone is on your page when it opens, that person will automatically see the live page when the set date and time arrive.
From the Pages screen, select the pencil icon on the page you'd like to edit
Hover your mouse over the Settings tab in the top menu bar
Select Dates from the dropdown
Scroll to the Registration Dates section
Under the Registration Open Date tab, enter the date you'd like to open ticketing
Enter the time at which you would like your page to open
Enter a custom message you'd like to display prior to the page opening (optional)
Click Save Now in the upper-right corner of your page to save your changes. Click Publish to publish these changes to your live page
Pro Tip: Users can change the event page open date and time by clicking into the date and time field and adding the date or time. Users can also remove the event page open or close date by clicking Clear in the top right corner of the field.
If attendees go to your event page before the page has opened, your page will display the logo of your page, the custom message you entered, a countdown, and an option to be notified when it's live
Users can enter their email to be notified when the page goes live. If an interested ticket buyer enters their email address to be notified, they will see the message "Thank you! You will be notified as soon as it is open."
Any users who add their email will be automatically notified when your event page opens
Note: The invite email users receive cannot be customized.
Automatically Close Your Ticketing Page
In TicketSpice, you can schedule your page to automatically close at a specific date and time. When five minutes or less remain, attendees will see a countdown clock at the top of the page, showing when the online ticket window will close.
NOTE: Once the closing date and time are reached, no future orders will be accepted. If a ticket buyer is still filling out the form when the page closes, they will be unable to submit their order.

Change Your Event Start and End Date
Users can update the event start and end date of your event later if desired.
From the Pages screen, select the pencil icon on the page you'd like to edit
Hover your mouse over the Settings tab in the top menu bar
Select Dates from the dropdown
Scroll to the Event section
Under the Event Start Date or Event End Date tabs, enter or update your event start or end date
Add the time of your event (by default, the time is 12AM)
Click Save Now in the upper-right corner of your page to save your changes. Click Publish to publish these changes to your live page

Yes, users can view a list of all emails that opted in to receive a notification when your event page goes live by going to the Analytics. Here is how to do so:
From the Pages screen, click the graph icon under the correct page
Under the Tickets tab, go to the Pre-Event Subscribers line
Click the number to download a list of all of the pre-event subscribers
Can I use the Preview mode to test my page if it's scheduled to open in the future or if the page has closed?

Yes, the Preview mode will display your page even if your ticketing page is scheduled to open in the future or has already closed. This allows you to make changes and review how the page will appear, even when the page isn't accessible to the general public.
When my event start date has passed, can I send Scheduled Reminder Emails?
When my event start date has passed, can I send Scheduled Reminder Emails?
Reminder Emails are available before the event. Once your event start date has passed, Reminder Emails can no longer be sent, even if you move the event start date out further. Once your event date has passed, we recommend using our Email Center feature to send emails to your attendees.
