What if the voucher recipient doesn't receive the email (or accidentally deletes it)?
The voucher is still valid even if the email wasn't received. You can look up the voucher code from the original order, or find a record of all vouchers sold in your Coupons section.
What happens if the recipient doesn’t use the voucher’s full value?
What happens if the recipient doesn’t use the voucher’s full value?
Vouchers are single-use codes and do not track remaining balances, so they work best when applied to an order that uses the full value.
To let a recipient use the remaining value on a second order, manually update the coupon’s value to the remaining balance and increase its usage limit to 2. For example, if the recipient uses $70 of a $100 voucher, change the coupon’s value to $30 before allowing a second use. Otherwise, the recipient could receive the full $100 discount again.
Can I resend a voucher email?
Can I resend a voucher email?
There's currently no way to resend the original voucher email. Instead, copy the voucher code and send it to the attendee directly.
