To create a free page, select Basic Setup from your settings dropdown.
Check the box to disable billing.
Confirm by clicking yes.

Why do I need to put credit card information on file for this option?
Free events are $0.99/ticket unless you're doing paid events with us. In either case, you'll need to put a card on file to publish.
