Family passes allow ticket buyers to purchase multiple tickets together while still generating a scannable ticket for every person included in the pass. This setup works well for family bundles, group admissions, and multi-person passes.
Pro Tip: Family Passes can only be created on Standard, Date-Based, and Series of Events page types.
Reserved Seating pages do not support Family Passes. On Reserved Seating pages, tickets must be purchased individually, and there is currently no option to limit the number of seats a customer can purchase or apply discounts based on the number of seats purchased.

Create a Family Pass Ticket Level
In TicketSpice, you can create a dedicated family pass ticket level that offers discounted pricing, but requires ticket buyers to select a specific number of tickets in their order.
From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon on the page you want to edit
Scroll to the ticket block and click Edit Ticket Information
Expand your family pass ticket level, or create a new ticket level for your family pass
In the Online Price field, include the price of each ticket
In the Selection field, set the minimum and maximum quantity allowed for the family pass
Save the ticket level
Pro Tip: The Selection field controls how many tickets a buyer can purchase for a specific ticket level on your live event page. For example, if you want buyers to purchase between 5 and 8 tickets for a family pass, set the selection range from 5 to 8. Buyers will only be able to select quantities within that range, and each family member will receive their own ticket and QR code for event check-in.
Collect Information for Each Family Member
In TicketSpice, you can require information for each attendee. This allows you to get information for each family member attending your event.
Pro Tip: Questions added at the ticket level are displayed once for each ticket purchased. For example, if you add an attendee name field at the ticket level and a ticket buyer purchases 5 tickets, TicketSpice will automatically display 5 attendee name fields.
On your event page, scroll to the ticket block
Find the ticket level where you want to request information
Click Add a Question if you haven’t added a question yet. If there's already a field on the ticket level, hover over this field and click the green + icon to add a new question
