Leverage social proof to publicly show recent orders that have taken place on your page. This helps drive demand and show other people in their area are actively purchasing tickets.

Here is an examples of how Social Proof can display on your page:

To setup Social Proof, follow these steps:

  • From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon on the page you'd like to enable Social Proof on

  • Hover your mouse over Promote at the top navigation bar

  • Select Social Proof from the dropdown

  • Toggle the Show social proof on my page to Yes

  • Select if you want the ticket buyer's city or state displayed and if you prefer a dark or light style

NOTE: Social Proof will begin displaying on your published page once you have more than 5 purchases.

How will Social Proof look on my live page?

  • Last 24 hours = fire icon (because it’s hot!)

  • Last 7 days = people icon

  • Anything location related will use the map icon

FAQs

Q: Why isn't people's location showing up on social proof?

A: You want to make sure you are capturing an address on your page. Either in billing or in the body of the page.
