Add a Navigation Bar and Help Links to Your Page

Add anchor links to your ticketing page, and make it easy for your attendees to find your contact information, resend their confirmation, login to their account, and more

You can add navigation bars to your ticketing page to make it easier for attendees to find information and take action. A navigation bar can link to different sections of your ticketing page or direct attendees to external websites.

You can also enable a Help Navigation Bar, which gives attendees quick access to common actions directly on the ticketing page such as resending confirmation emails, logging into the Attendee Account Center, and more.

Enable and Customize a Navigation Bar on Your Ticketing Page

In TicketSpice, you can use the navigation bar to add anchor links to your page. These links allow attendees to jump to specific sections of your ticketing page or navigate to an external website.

  • From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon on the page you want to edit

  • On the top of the page, click the pencil button on your header

  • Scroll down to the Navigation section

  • Toggle on Show Navigation

  • Customize the style for your navigation bar links

    • Font Size: Select the font size for your links

    • Heading Color: Customize the navigation bar link color by clicking the color block circle and selecting the desired color, or manually adding a color hex you would like

    • Bold/Italic/Underline: Select if you would like the navigation bar links to be bolded, italicized, or underlined

    • Background Color: Customize the background color by clicking the color block circle and selecting the desired color, or manually adding a color hex you would like. If you use the color block circle to adjust the color, make the color more or less opaque by adjusting the opacity slider next to the color slider

  • Click Add Link to add a new link, or customize the links already on your navigation bar

    • In the text field, customize the text that attendees select to go to the new section of your page

    • In the dropdown, select the section of your page where you want to direct attendees when they click the link. Click "External Link" if you want to lead attendees to an external website, and enter the website URL

  • Click Done

  • Click Save Now in the upper-right corner of your page to save your changes. Click Publish to publish these changes to your live page


Enable and Customize the Help Navigation Bar

In TicketSpice, you can enable a Help Navigation Bar on your ticketing page to give attendees quick access to common self-service actions. This bar empowers attendees to manage their own experience without needing to contact support, helping reduce questions while improving convenience.

Using the Help Navigation Bar, attendees can resend their confirmation email, transfer tickets, log in to the Attendee Account Center, find out how to contact you, and view lodging or hotel options directly from your ticketing page.

  • From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon on the page you want to edit

  • On the top of the page, click the pencil button on your header

  • Scroll down to the Help Navigation section

  • Toggle on Show Help Navigation

  • Customize the link color and background color

    • Link Color: Use the left-hand side field to update the link color. Customize this color by clicking the color block circle and selecting the desired color, or manually adding a color hex you would like

    • Background Color: Use the right-hand side field to update the background color. Customize this color by clicking the color block circle and selecting the desired color, or manually adding a color hex you would like. If you use the color block circle to adjust the color, make the color more or less opaque by adjusting the opacity slider next to the color slider

  • Select any options you want to offer on your help navigation bar

    • Resend Confirmation: Select Show the resend confirmation link to allow attendees to enter their email address and automatically resend their confirmation email and tickets

    • Transfer my Registration: Select Show the transfer my registration link to let attendees initiate the process of transferring their tickets directly from your ticketing page.     • Login: Select Show the login link to add a direct link to the Attendee Account Center on your ticketing page. When enabled, you can also allow customers to use saved billing information at checkout for faster future purchases. Click here to learn more about the Attendee Account Center

    • Contact: Select Show link to contact info to display a text field where you can provide instructions on how attendees should contact you

    • Lodging & Hotel: Select Show link to lodging and hotel information to share details about recommended hotels and lodging options. This feature allows you to generate an interactive map showing nearby hotels and available rooms, and automatically pull in hotel and Airbnb options near your event for display on the page and in confirmation emails

  • Click Done

  • Click Save Now in the upper-right corner of your page to save your changes. Click Publish to publish these changes to your live page


Attendee Experience

When enabled, the navigation bar allows attendees to quickly jump to specific sections of your ticketing page or to external links. The help navigation bar displays the options you’ve selected, giving attendees easy access to actions like resending their confirmation email, transferring tickets, logging into the Attendee Account Center, contacting you, and viewing lodging and hotel information.
