Use a Speakers field to share more about the speakers who will be at your event

Showcase the speakers of your event on your ticketing page. This generates excitement around who your attendees can anticipate hearing from and what they may speak on. This article will show you how to display your speakers on your ticketing page.

Add a Speaker field

  • From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon on the page you want to edit

  • Hover your mouse over the dotted line right above the ticket block, and click the green + icon

  • Add the Speakers field

Pro Tip: You can optionally add a Speakers field below the ticket block, though this is less commonly used.

  • Customize the Label as desired to match the needs of your event

  • Customize the Display for your event. In this field, you can display one, two, three, or four speakers per row

  • Customize the Speaker details. To add another speaker, click Add Another Speaker. You can add any of the following information for your speakers

    • Name

    • Title

    • Description or bio

    • An image

    • Links to where people can learn more such as:

      • Their website

      • Linkedin

      • Facebook

      • Twitter

      • Instagram

      • Google Plus

  • Click Done

  • Click Save Now in the upper-right corner of your page to save your changes. Click Publish to publish these changes to your live page

Pro Tip: The recommended image size for the Speaker field is 600 x 600 pixels


Attendee Experience

When attendees visit your page, they will see each speaker you added on the page. They will either see one, two, three, or four speakers per line, depending on how you've set up the page. Here is an example of how the different speaker display options will appear on your live page.
