To resend a confirmation email, select Orders from the top menu.
Click the eye next to the order you wish to resend the confirmation email for.
Click Resend Email.
Confirm the name and email address (correct them, if needed) and click Send.
Is there a way to resend the confirmation email for everyone registered for my event?
Yes, you can use our Scheduled Reminder to resend everyone's confirmation, with a custom note from you at the top.
