Help attendees plan their stay by sharing recommended hotels and lodging options near your event. With the Lodging & Hotel feature (Stay22), you can display an interactive map, nearby hotel and Airbnb availability, and any custom lodging information you want attendees to know.

Display Lodging and Hotel Options
From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon on the page you want to edit
On the top of the page, click the pencil button on your header
Scroll down to the Help Navigation section
Toggle on Show Help Navigation
Select Show link to lodging and hotel information
Select Show available rooms at local hotels and Airbnb to generate a map on your page that includes local available rooms from local hotels and Airbnb (optional). If selected, enter the event location, address, and dates
Enter Custom Lodging Info to share additional hotel or lodging details with attendees, if desired. You can use custom lodging information on its own or alongside nearby hotel and Airbnb availability
Click Done
Click Save Now in the upper-right corner of your page to save your changes. Click Publish to publish these changes to your live page
Attendee Experience
When you choose to show available rooms at nearby hotels and Airbnb properties, attendees can view lodging options by selecting Lodging and Hotel in the help navigation bar. These options also appear on the confirmation page
If you add custom lodging instructions without showing available rooms, your message appears as a pop-up when attendees select Lodging and Hotel. This message does not appear on the confirmation page
