In TicketSpice, you can easily add images to your venue to enhance its visual layout. Use images to display background maps, logos, or other visual elements that help attendees better understand your event space.
Warning: The venue builder on a Reserved Seating page has a 15 minute inactivity timeout. To avoid losing progress, users must save their changes at least every 15 minutes if they are not actively editing. If changes are not saved within this timeframe, the system will not retain any updates.

Add an Image
Note: To add a seated section, you must first open your Reserved Seating venue. Click here to learn how to access and edit your venue.
On your Reserved Seating venue, click the green + icon in the top right corner
Select Image
Add a unique name for your image
Click Upload Image
Select an image from your computer
Click Add Image
Click the green Save button in the upper-right corner to save your venue
Edit and Customize an Image
Click your image
Click the pencil icon that appears under your image
Adjust your image as needed
Click OK to save your changes
Click the green Save button in the upper-right corner to save your venue
Available Settings
Label Visibility: Show or hide the name you added for this image on the venue
Name: The name of your image
Rotation: Turn your image
Opacity: Make your image more or less opaque
Lock, Copy, and Delete an Image
Click your image
Select your desired option
Lock icon: Lock the position and size of your image, so you cannot drag or resize the image accidentally
Trash Can icon: Delete your image
Copy icon: Duplicate your image
Click Save to save your changes
Click the green Save button in the upper-right corner to save your venue
