Pods are a way to sell tickets in groups or blocks. When a pod is created, attendees are required to purchase all tickets within that pod together as a single transaction.
For example, if you set up a pod of 4 tickets, one attendee must purchase all 4 tickets at once. This is commonly used for events with group seating, such as VIP sections, cabanas, or socially distanced sections, where tickets are meant to be sold as a single unit rather than individually.
Warning: The venue builder on a Reserved Seating page has a 15 minute inactivity timeout. To avoid losing progress, users must save their changes at least every 15 minutes if they are not actively editing. If changes are not saved within this timeframe, the system will not retain any updates.
