Update your payment processor name or switch between multiple Webconnex Payments accounts

If you have multiple Webconnex Payments Accounts linked to one TicketSpice account, here is how to switch between them or update their name.

Switch Between Your Webconnex Payments Accounts

  • From the Pages screen of your TicketSpice account, hover your mouse over Gear in the top-right corner

  • Select Payment Processors from the dropdown

  • Locate the desired Webconnex Payment Processor and click the View Payments Portal link

  • Once you are logged into your Webconnex Payments portal, hover your mouse over the icon in the upper right corner of your account

  • Select Switch Merchant Account from the dropdown

  • Select the Webconnex Payments account you'd like to switch to

Update the Name of your Webconnex Payments Account(s)

You may desire to update the name of a Webconnex Payments account if it was misspelled, if it is hard to decipher between the others, etc.

  • From the Pages screen of your TicketSpice account, hover your mouse over Gear in the top-right corner

  • Select Payment Processors from the dropdown

  • Click the Pencil icon on the payment processor you'd like to update the name for

  • Update the name in the Reference Name field - This will update what is displayed when switching between accounts inside the Webconnex Payments portal

  • Click the Save button
