If your event welcomes international attendees, TicketSpice makes it easy to collect both international addresses and phone numbers during the ticketing process. When enabled, attendees outside the U.S. can select their country, enter a non-U.S. address, and input an international phone number in the correct format.

In this article, you’ll learn how to enable international support, set default countries for each field, and ensure your form is ready for global attendees.

NOTE: This article walks through how to allow attendees to enter international addresses and phone numbers. If you would like to learn how to accept transactions in international currencies, click here.

Enable or Disable International Addresses

By default, TicketSpice pages allow attendees to enter international addresses. This means users outside the U.S. can select their home country and enter their billing information accordingly. Please note that all transactions will still be processed in the currency set on your TicketSpice page.

  • From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon on the page you'd like to edit

  • Scroll to the address field you want to edit, and click the pencil icon

  • Click Advanced Options in the lower right corner

  • Toggle the International option to Yes or No

  • If enabling international addresses, set the default country for your field

  • Click the Done button

  • Click Save Now in the upper-right corner of your page to save your changes. Click Publish to publish these changes to your live page

Pro Tip: For consistency, we recommend setting the Address fields in both the order section and the billing section of your page to use the same international settings.

Enable or Disable International Phone Numbers

TicketSpice allows you to collect international phone numbers by enabling country code selection on your ticketing page. This lets attendees outside the U.S. enter their number in the correct format. You can turn this setting on or off and set a default country code to match where most of your attendees are located. Note that this setting does not affect your currency settings—transactions will still process in the currency set on your page.

  • From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon on the page you'd like to edit

  • Scroll to the phone number field you want to edit, and click the pencil icon

  • If the phone number field has been disabled, toggle the Enable button to Yes

  • Click Advanced Options in the lower right corner

  • Toggle the Number Format to either be USA or International

  • If enabling international phone numbers, set the default country for your field

  • Click the Done button

  • Click Save Now in the upper-right corner of your page to save your changes. Click Publish to publish these changes to your live page

Pro Tip: For consistency, we recommend setting the Address fields in both the order section and the billing section of your page to use the same international settings.
