In order to collect phone numbers to be used in the text messaging feature, it needs to be enabled on the Phone Number field on your page.
After following these steps, you should have successfully captured the phone numbers of customers that choose to opt-in during the ticket-buying experience.
Start within the page builder and select the phone number field.
Note: If you have multiple phone number fields, opt-in for each of them.
Choose Advanced Options within the phone number field.
Toggle Yes to the SMS Opt-In option.
