In this Help Article you will learn how to run an event using TicketSpice. There are four different types of Events you can run using TicketSpice:
TicketSpice Live Event
Running an in-person Event? We have a Scanning App that allows you to scan in attendees into your event.
When an Attendee submits an order they receive an Email Confirmation with a QR Code that our Scanning App can scan into your event.
We have two Apps that help you run your event:
Scanning App: this App helps you scan in your tickets at your Event door.
Box Office App: this App helps you sell tickets and merchandise at the door.
In order to use the Scanning App, you need an App Key. An App Key allows you to scan in attendees specifically for the event you are running, so that the system can scan in the attendees for that specific event.

When an attendees submits an order they receive an Email Confirmation with a button that says Access Virtual Event. Your attendees will select that button to attend your Virtual Event.
