Make the most of your TicketSpice event page by offering more than just tickets! Whether you want to sell merchandise, provide VIP upgrades, offer exclusive experiences, or add any other custom products, TicketSpice makes it easy to enhance your attendees' experience and increase your revenue.
In this guide, we'll walk you through how to add add-ons, upgrades, and products directly to your event page. Plus, if you’re looking to sell merchandise without requiring a ticket purchase, we’ll show you how to create a merchandise-only page. Let’s get started!

Getting Started
From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon on the page you'd like to add merchandise to
Hover your mouse over the location where you'd like to add the merchandise field
Click the + icon to add a new field
Select the Merchandise field
Customize Your Merchandise Field
Customize the Label of your merchandise field
Set whether you would like the merchandise field to be required
Either click the Add Product button or edit the merchandise items added by default
Add the Product Name (ie Booklet, T-shirt, etc)
Give a description of the item if applicable
Add an image of the item - either select an uploaded image, or upload a new one
Set the price
Set the inventory available if there is a limited supply
Click the trash can icon to delete other merchandise options as desired, or the Add Product button to add additional options
If your merchandise item offers various sizes, colors, or options, click the + Add Variant button
Add a Variant Name for each option (size, color, etc)
Set a price and inventory for each option
When your merchandise field is customized, click Done
Click Save Now in the upper-right corner of your page to save your changes. Click Publish to publish these changes to your live page
Advanced Settings
To get to advanced settings, scroll to the bottom of your merchandise field and click Advanced Options. Under this field, there are a handful of options:
Limited Selections - This can be used if you'd like to limit how many merchandise items an attendee can select. For example, if you only allow a selection of 1, an attendee will not be able to add additional merchandise once they select one item
Show Remaining Supply - If this is turned on, attendees will see how many merchandise items are remaining per product if there is a limited supply
Enable Tax Deductible Values - When enabled, you can assign a tax-deductible value to each product as needed. This amount will appear on attendees' confirmations, and a year-end tax-deductible statement can be sent reflecting this value
Show Description on Confirmation - If this option is toggled on, attendees will see the description that is included with the products on their confirmation
Hide images - If enabled, the show image option will automatically turn off, removing any images and/or the placeholder image
Create a Merchandise Only Page
Setting up a Merchandise-Only page allows individuals to purchase event merchandise without buying a paid ticket for your event. With a Merchandise Only page, you can set up a page with a $0 ticket option, which attendees can select and then add their desired merchandise.
Pro Tip: When you create a merchandise-only page, each order is charged $0.99 per ticket.
From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon on the page you want to edit
Click Create Page in the top right corner
On the left-hand side, filter the page to only display the Standard page type
Click Get Started on your desired template
Add the name of your new event page
Select the currency of your page
Click Create Page
Scroll to the ticket block and click Edit Ticket Information
Expand one of the ticket levels
In the Name field, add the name Merchandise Ticket, or another name that you would prefer
Add a description you would like, or delete the description
In the Online Price field, set the price of the ticket to $0
Delete any fees
Set the Selection field to 1 to limit attendees to one ticket, preventing additional TicketSpice fees
Delete the other ticket levels
Scroll to the bottom of the ticket level, and click Advanced Options to expand this field
Select the Hide Price option
Click Done
Click Save Now in the upper-right corner of your page to save your changes. Click Publish to publish these changes to your live page
