Set up Conversion Tracking

  • From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon under the page you want to edit

  • Go to the Settings tab from the top menu bar

  • Select Tracking

  • Turn on the Conversion Tracking feature you would like to use

  • Enter your Tracking ID

Pro Tip: We recommend only using one conversion tracking tool at a time.

Note: To track eCommerce conversions, place your Google Analytics Tracking ID within a Google Tag Manager Container.

Yes, but they need to be implemented by Google Tag Manager.

What is the confirmation URL?

Each confirmation URL is unique because it contains the registrant ID number. It cannot be restructured, but it is not necessary for tracking conversions with the available setup.

What information is shared with Facebook Pixel Tracking?

  • Page View - If an attendee views the page

  • Registration - If an attendee completes the page, paid or free

  • Add To Cart* - If an attendee makes a selection on the page, indicating purchase intent

  • Initiate Check Out - If the attendee clicks into the billing portion of the page but doesn't complete the purchase

  • Amount Of Order - Total cost paid by the attendee
