Use your own branded email address for email blasts, drip campaigns, dynamic emails, and more

Written by Maddy

Learn how to configure a custom email domain for your marketing emails so your recipients see your branded email address instead of the default Webconnex email domain. Using a branded email domain creates a more professional experience, helps build trust with recipients, and can improve brand recognition. This article covers how to add your custom email, verify your domain, and configure your DNS records.

Pro Tip: Right now, custom email domains is in beta and available to a limited group of customers. If you’re part of that group, contact our team to have it enabled in your account. If not, stay tuned, as this feature will be rolling out to the rest of our customers soon!

Note: After setting up this feature, your custom email domain will send on drip campaigns, email blasts, dynamic emails, and winback emails.

This custom email domain will not send on confirmation emails or reminder emails right now. These emails will still send from a Webconnex-managed email domain. We are looking to add the option to send these transactional emails from your custom email domain soon!
