The Banner field is where you can upload a large image or video and include text overlay, color gradients and more. This is commonly used towards the top of pages to beautifully feature a video or image, the event name, date and additional details.

Add a banner field
From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon on the page you'd like to add a banner to
Scroll down until you see the dotted line (right above the ticket block) and hover your mouse over it and click the plus button and select the Banner field. Or, if you'd like to add a banner field below the ticket block (less common) hover your mouse over a field and click the plus button and select a banner field.
Background type and effect
You can select whether you'd like your banner background to be an image, a color, a video or transparent
If you choose image or video, click to upload your file
Click Add Effect + if you'd like to add a blur, greyscale, sepia, saturation or brightness effect to your image or video
Color overlay
If you'd like to include a color overlay to your image or video, you can toggle on the color overlay and select your color or enter your custom color code
Position, Width and Height
You can select how you'd like your image or video positioned in the banner such as centering it top center or bottom right, center / center, etc
The width can be sent as full width by checking the box Make background full width
The height of the banner field can be adjusted by sliding the scale
The height for mobile can be toggled separately by sliding the mobile height scale
Mobile view
Your banner is mobile compatible and will adjust as the screen gets smaller
Text settings
If you would like text to overlay your image or video, you can enter it into the text line and click to add additional lines or click the trash can next to the text to remove it
The text alignment can be set to left, center or right
The text font and heading type can be selected from the dropdown as well as the color font, bold or italic can be selected as well
