Purchase a Membership

Note: In TicketSpice, you can only purchase one membership per order. If you need to purchase multiple memberships, we recommend placing a separate order for each membership you want to buy.

  • To purchase a new membership, select Create New Membership in the Membership field

  • Choose from the available membership options on the ticketing page

  • Select whether you want to auto-renew your membership, if applicable

  • Complete the rest of your ticket purchase and submit the order

  • After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email with your general order information

  • The confirmation email will display your membership number that can be used to verify your membership on other event pages

  • You will receive a separate email with your specific membership information. This email will include your membership level, member ID, membership status, and expiration date

Verify a Membership

  • To verify a membership, select I Have a Membership

  • Enter the membership number found in your confirmation email or membership info email

  • Click Verify

  • After your membership is verified, submit your order

Pro Tip: If you don't remember your membership number, select I forgot my number and enter the email address associated with the membership. TicketSpice will send an email with your membership details.

Manually Renew a Membership on the Live Page

If your membership is about to expire or has recently expired, you may be able to renew it directly on the live TicketSpice page instead of purchasing a new membership.

Note: Membership renewal is only available on ticketing pages where the event organizer has enabled this option. If you don't see a renewal option, contact the event organizer or purchase a new membership if your existing membership has expired.

Pro Tip: By default, memberships can only be renewed after they expire. However, some event organizers allow members to renew shortly before their membership expires.

  • To renew a membership, click Renew my membership

  • Enter your membership number found in your confirmation email or membership info email

  • Click Verify

  • Select the membership option you want to renew

  • Select whether you want to auto-renew your membership, if applicable

  • Complete the rest of your ticket purchase and submit the order

Pro Tip: If you don't remember your membership number, select I forgot my number and enter the email address associated with the membership. TicketSpice will send an email with your membership details.

Auto-Renewal Membership Notification Emails

In TicketSpice, you can choose to auto-renew your membership. When you opt in to auto-renew your membership, TicketSpice notifies you when your membership is about to renew and when your membership renews.

Renewal Notice Email

  • TicketSpice sends members a renewal notice 20 days before the membership is scheduled to auto-renew and charge

  • The notification includes your renewal date, membership ID, membership level, renewal amount, and renewal term. It also provides contact information for the event organizer and a link for you to manage your membership preferences or turn off auto-renewal before the renewal is processed

Successful Payment Email

  • When a membership renews successfully, you will receive a confirmation email that lets you know that your membership was renewed. This email provides your membership details and includes a link where you can view and manage your memberships

Declined Payment Email

  • If an auto-renew charge is declined, you will receive an email sharing that your membership renewal could not be processed. This email includes a link to update your payment information and retry the renewal payment

Manage a Membership

In TicketSpice, you can manage your membership if desired.

Pro Tip: You can manage your membership in one of the following situations. If neither applies, you'll need to contact the event organizer for assistance.

  • The event organizer has enabled the Account Center: When this feature is enabled, you can log in to the Account Center at any time using the link in your original confirmation email to view and manage your membership

  • You're enrolled in auto-renew: If you're auto-renewing your membership, you'll receive a renewal notice email 20 days before your membership automatically renews. This email includes a link to view and manage your membership before you're charged

  • Locate the Account Center link, then click the corresponding button or link

  • Enter your email

  • Click Send Magic Link

  • Go to your email address, and open up the email

  • Click Access Account Manager in the email

  • Select Memberships from the top menu bar

  • View or edit your Memberships

    • Click Setup Auto-Renew if you are not enrolled in auto-renewing your membership

    • Click Turn Off Auto Renew if you want to turn off auto-renew for your membership

    • Click Change my Billing Card to update your billing information. This option is only available if you are auto-renewing your membership
